Sound familiar?

The three moments contractors call us

ACG was built around the situations that actually cause problems on site. If any of these hit close to home, we can help — and fast.

01

"Your principal contractor just rang asking for RAMS. Site start is Friday."

You've got the job, your team's ready — but without the documentation the PC won't let you on site. And they're not negotiating the deadline.

ACG delivers a full RAMS pack within 48 hours

02

"You've just won the tender. The compliance pack is the only thing between you and a start date."

Good news travels fast — so does pressure. You need CDM-compliant documentation before you mobilise, and your site manager can't sit at a desk writing it.

Full compliance pack ready before you mobilise

03

"An HSE visit flagged your documentation. You need it tightened up before the next project."

Generic templates and out-of-date paperwork don't hold up under inspection. Weak docs put your reputation — and your public sector contracts — at real risk.

HSE-aligned documentation built to pass scrutiny

The story behind ACG

Built on site.
Not in a boardroom.

Aegis Compliance Group was founded by a 21-year-old apprentice Quantity Surveyor with hands-on site experience, a Level 4 Site Supervisor qualification in progress, and a clear understanding of the problem every small subcontractor faces: compliance paperwork takes time you don't have, and the consultants who produce it have never been on site.

ACG was built to fix that. Not by adding more consultants in suits, but by combining real construction knowledge with a smarter, faster process — so the documents that reach your principal contractor are accurate, relevant, and ready to go.

21
Founded at 21
ACG was built from scratch alongside a full-time QS traineeship — every process, every document, every system built around real site experience, not theory.
L4
Level 4 Site Supervisor qualification
Every document we produce is underpinned by genuine site knowledge. We know what a principal contractor wants to see because we've been on the sites they build.
48
48-hour guarantee — personal commitment
This isn't a call centre. When you contact ACG, you're speaking directly to the person producing your documents. That's why the quality is consistent and the turnaround is real.
0
Zero generic documents
We don't have a library of cut-and-paste templates we send out. Every document is written for your specific trade, task, site, and client. That's why they get approved.

How it works

From enquiry to submission in three steps

No lengthy onboarding. No forms to fill in triplicate. Just tell us what you need — we handle the rest.

1

Tell us about the project

Drop us a message or fill in the quick form below. We need the trade, the task, the client, and your deadline. That's it — no lengthy briefing documents, no back-and-forth before we start.

2

We get to work

Our AI-powered system produces your documentation. Every document is reviewed and signed off by a qualified site supervisor — someone who understands the work, not just the form. Accurate, specific, and built to pass.

3

Submit with confidence

You receive completed documents within 48 hours — professionally formatted, correctly referenced, and ready to go straight to your PC or client. We don't do rewrites because we don't do rejections.

Why choose ACG

Built for contractors, not boardrooms

We understand what's actually at stake when paperwork blocks a site start — the pressure, the lost day-rate, the client phone call. ACG was built to make sure that never happens to you.

AI-powered, expert-reviewed

We combine the speed of AI with real site knowledge. Every document is reviewed by a qualified site supervisor before it leaves us. Fast doesn't mean careless — it means we've built a better process.

48-hour turnaround, always

When a site start is on the line, speed is the service. We deliver every standard compliance document within 48 hours — most come back faster. If you're up against a tighter deadline, say so and we'll do everything we can.

Documents that actually get approved

We know what principal contractors working with local authorities, NHS trusts, and housing associations want to see. Our documentation is written to pass — not just to satisfy a template or tick a CDM box.

Real site experience behind every document

ACG is run by people with hands-on construction backgrounds — QS training, site supervisor experience, and a Level 4 Site Supervisor qualification in progress. We understand the work because we've done the work.

Common questions

Everything you need to know

If your question isn't answered here, just get in touch — we'll come back same day.

How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
Once you submit your enquiry with the project details, we start work immediately. You'll receive your completed documents within 48 hours — most jobs come back faster. If you have a tighter deadline, tell us upfront and we'll always confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.
Are your documents trade-specific?
Yes — every document is written for your specific trade and task, not pulled from a generic library. We cover roofing, groundworks, M&E, civils, fit-out, scaffolding, demolition, cladding, flooring and more. If your trade isn't listed, get in touch — we'll let you know if we can help.
What format do I receive the documents in?
All documents are delivered as professionally formatted Word (.docx) and PDF files — ready to submit straight to your principal contractor or client, or print and keep on site. They're branded, referenced, and formatted to the standard that gets approved.
Are you VAT registered?
No — we're not VAT registered, which means there are no hidden extras on top of our listed prices. What you see on the pricing page is exactly what you pay. Simple.
What information do you need from me?
We need the basics: your trade, the task being carried out, the site address or project name, the client or principal contractor, and your deadline. If there are specific hazards, plant, or site conditions we should know about, include those too. The more context you give us, the more accurate the documents will be.
What if my principal contractor requests changes?
We include one round of amendments on every document at no extra cost. In practice, this rarely happens — because we write documents to the standard that principal contractors working with local authorities, housing associations and NHS trusts actually require. But if revisions are needed, we'll turn them around fast.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes. We're based in Hull, East Yorkshire, but we serve contractors across the whole of the UK. Everything is handled remotely — you submit your details, we produce the documents, and deliver them straight to your inbox.
What's the difference between the templates and the full service?
Our templates are blank, editable documents you download and fill in yourself — perfect if you know your trade well and just need the right framework fast. The full service means we write the document for you, tailored to your specific project, trade, and client. If you're not sure which you need, the full service is the safer choice.
